Can’t get them to repair my hot tub. Asked for two years now and only get told to try this or that on my own. Friend of mine had same experience recently where their tub was leaking and Brady’s told them what leak repair kit to get and try it themselves.
Bradys sewing department is so awesome, courteous and kind ladies! I absolutely loved my experience using the long arm quilt machine, and they encouraged me even though I thought my skills very lacking.

Took my 2 sewing machines into Brady's. Two days later they called and told us they both could not be fixed! One is only 5 years old with maybe 25 hours on it. They would give me a couple hundred dollars towards a new one. The older one needed parts and no one makes parts for it anymore! We decided to try another place. Took them to Jones! They had the one running in a couple of hours. ( Only needed to be cleaned) the other one that needed parts they got parts in a few days. So we will not be going to Brady's again! Never again. I called them for a simple vacuum cleaner bag. Asked them to please check to be sure they had it, the smooth talking man assured me they did. But, no, I drove all the way there, to find that they did not. No wonder there were only a couple of other customers in that big store. No thanks, un-trustworthy.
Great Service I bought my hot tub from Bradys 11 years ago. I recently had an issue with it and called Bradys to see if it could be fixed. They sent out a guy that knew what he was doing and in a few hours it was up and running. My neighbor bought his tub from another company and he has had to have it serviced many times. Most of the time they tell him they have to order parts and it takes weeks to get it running.
