Beware of this guy named Michael, when his superiors are working near him he will even stand up from his chair and greet you with a fake smile, but dealing with him when he is alone is different, a terrible person, rude with bad temper apart from terrible customer service. Michael if you are reading this, do us a solid favor and retire already, I don't need your attitude.
