My experience was disappointing. The apartment was not ready at view, and I was unable to reach anyone through the phone number listed on the website or Google. Communication should be much better.
I would like to share my experience at Brady Station Apartments. Since the new management took over, there has been a noticeable and positive change in the community. The administration is clearly making a strong effort to improve the property and ensure residents feel comfortable and heard. One of the most impressive aspects is the maintenance team. The apartment themselves are nice but I wouldn’t live here unless you can handle unflex finances and money hungry company they will charge you for literally everything while others aren’t charge at all for same things. I had messaged them in advance I wouldn’t not be renewing my lease and nothing was said other than I needed to sign this paper I had just I didn’t have a forwarding address yet and nothing was ever said.
