I wouldn’t even leave 1 star. Do not rent from this place. Management is terrible. There is no communication between corporate and on-sight management. Staff is never there when they are scheduled to be there. They lie and take advantage of you. So disappointed that a business can be so unethical.
We've lived here for two years and we like it. We've rarely had a problem with the facilities, and when we have, they've been resolved quickly! Just one detail... they should put more machines in the gym :( It's not the same as the photos show.
I have been without A/c for 2 weeks and they won't tell me when its going to be fixed they wont tell me anything but dodging me they never answer the phone or messages they don't fix anything don't waste your money renting here
As of past 30 days there have been problems concerning serval issues with my apartment and also issues with an employee that is no longer with the company. Also there have been issues with my apartment almost every month since I've moved in. But I'll say this, the saving factor & the person who has helped me tremendously is Pamela who works the front desk. She has always helped me out responded to my problems and concerns immediately regarding my apartment. If not for her I would give this review zero stars for Brady Station... read more
