I went in for a tour this morning, and I had such a great experience! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted very professionally by the property manager—I believe her name was Misty. She was very welcoming and helpful. Ms. Hydee then assisted me and took me on a tour of the property. We toured apartment 812, and it was a very nice apartment. Overall, I had a wonderful experience. I would describe this apartment complex as pretty mid. It is not horrible, but I definitely would not say it is outstanding or great all around. One of my biggest complaints is the number of extra fees that are not clearly disclosed when they give you the original pricing for the unit. My base rent is $1,226, plus $25 for my cat. My water bill is normally no more than $60, which should bring my total to around $1,311. Somehow, though, my monthly rent is usually close to $1,400. Brady station Apartments it’s a really good place to live. It is a very calm and quiet place. I’ve been here for a year now, and I have really enjoyed living in these apartments. Management is great, service is wonderful, and Maintenance takes care of whatever issues you have right away. This is a very good place to live, and the location is good as well.
Our experience at Brady Station has been wonderful. The manager has been incredibly kind, accommodating, and attentive to our needs from the very beginning. When we moved in, the air conditioner wasn’t working properly, but the maintenance team responded quickly and worked diligently to get it repaired as soon as possible.
