Good property company. I have good experience with my property manager Victotia. She is so kind.
They were quick and responsive when we applied
Though I didn't end up buying a property through this agent I just wanted to leave a review to say how helpful and informative Tom Prior was, I contacted quite a few agents with some of them never responding and most doing the bare minimum of just sending me the section 32 and contract without hearing my needs. Tom spent time to send me any and all options within my perimeters. Would highly recommend reaching out to Tom Prior if you need help :)
Lovely interaction with Tom Prior. Absolutely helpful and very supportive, great person to work with.. will recommend to my mates in the City..
From the initial property inspection through to our move-in, Victoria has ensured the entire process was seamless, transparent, and highly efficient. Furthermore, her prompt communication and responsiveness regarding maintenance issues have been exemplary, providing us with absolute peace of mind as tenants. We greatly appreciate her high standard of service.
