They are the worst real-estate agent and totally unfair .... following a long tenancy and I did not make any claims for any damage or maintenance as i am single and living in a 3 bedroom apartment, I gave the premises back to them better than how it was handed to me , yet they are doing everything possible to keep the bond and my full month of payment in advance .
I lived in a Brady Residential property for over a year and had a really good experience overall. Spencer was my property manager and she was always friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. Both the move-in and move-out processes were very smooth and straightforward, which made everything much less stressful. Whenever I had a question or needed help during my tenancy, Spencer was responsive and supportive. Really appreciate all her help over the past year and would definitely recommend Brady Residential.
