SHADY RESIDENTIAL - 6 months without AC, during summer - Agreed to a washing machine and dryer in the contract before moving in, denied this and finally installed 8 months into my lease. - Half a year with a plumbing issue - Over 6 weeks to get bond back If you don’t know your Victoria property law and want a stress free tenancy, I would recommend reading some of the one star reviews.

I recently had the worst, most dehumanising experience with Brady Residential. When I returned home after the holidays, my fob would not let me in to my apartment. I was asked to wait at reception in the morning for nearly two hours with my luggage till concierge finally granted me a one time entry to my apartment upon providing them with all the paperwork. The concierge stated that they are only able to reset the fob if Brady Residential contacted them. I called Brady Residential, the agent who was present stated that they ... read more
