Brady Realty Group is a great property management company. I lived in one of their rentals for two years. They always took care of issues promptly and professionally. I appreciate how honest they are and how easy it was to get a hold of someone. I will rent from them again!!!!
Great company to work with when buying a home. Brady Realty Group has so much background in what they do it really shows. They were able to find me my dream home within a month. They worked well with all the details I was looking for, and managed to stay under budget. They helped me throughout the entire process as well, I really enjoyed working with them!

Living in one of Brady’s properties was a huge mistake. If you are thinking of renting from them, I urge you to reconsider. Just a few of the things I dealt with. There was an inordinate number of maintenance calls (that I had to miss work for) and that at times were patently dismissed. IF a maintenance call was taken seriously, it generally took several weeks to fix – no matter how minor or major. They are also notorious for having up to 6 estimates for every job, (that you must be present for – Brady’s rule, not mine).... read more
On our move-in date we had a 10-16 hour drive across states to get to the property. We asked if they had any flexible days where a time range would work, but were given options for only specific times of day. Not a big deal, just stayed at a hotel so we could make it on time the next day. We got to the property at the scheduled time, and after waiting around and a few calls to them, their uncoordinated staff figured out that they had no appointment scheduled.
