I found the receptionist to be unprofessional during our interaction. When she called the dental office where I work, her tone came across as passive aggressive. She mentioned that all offices have to call their office for whatever referral is needed, which was surprising to me as different offices operate under their own policies. I hope the office can address this issue to improve communication and professionalism in the future.
