Have been here for years and I absolutely love the customer service. Jessica has always being a pleasure to work with. I love the fact that I can get a multi vehicle discount.
I have been with State Farm for over 30 years. The customer service is always outstanding. In fact I spoke with Jessica this morning and she was very helpful and as always very pleasant to talk to.
I have been with Brady Nelson for at least 10 years now.Their are reasons people stay with a agent that long. I really like the customer service, I'm always treated with respect and have my questions answered in detail. Also Holly does a great job when you have to call in for questions or whatever. When I had a refund check due to me from a canceled policy due to a home sale I had there agents were quick to respond and get me answers. They have always had prompt and friendly professional service.
When my husband and I first moved to Federal Way, my father-in-law called to transfer our coverage for us as our current state farm agent at the time. After he talked to Holly, he felt so much more comfortable with the idea of us being hundreds of miles away from our family. The service I get from Holly here is top notch. She can always answer my questions, even when it takes a bit of research. I enjoy her friendly demeanor and her determination to take care of any issues I might have. If you have to have insurance, and you always do, this is where you should get it.
Max Torres is such a patient, prepared and professional agent always willing to go the extra mile for his clients. Whether it is by helping Spanish speaking customers with his bilingual skills or just give you a clear, detailed insight on policies, Max is the guy to go. Absolutely a people person and genuinely helpful to the best of his ability. I highly recommend him.
