I called about a vehicle during their business hours and no one answered (went to a voicemail that said to call the same number I just called). So I e-mailed them to ask about the one on their lot I was interested in with a simple question of "would you take $xx,xxx.xx? I specifically said I didn't want to be rude, I was just offering an amount that was $1,000.00 less than their asking price -cash.
