Almost killed my elderly father Dr Lavalley left an infected catheter in .hospitalized since hrs after visit with her sepsis when admitted thir afternoon. Now he's got to do rehab he's been on 3 iv antibiotics. SE SHOULD BE ASHAMED YELLING AT ME ABOUT WANTING CATHETER OUT SAYI G HED END UP RETAINING URINE ANDIN ER. WELL STUPID HE ENDED UP THERE BECAUSE OF NASTY BACTERIAS NOT TREATED FOR MONTHS

This review is about poor communication when calling to speak to a doctor or someone you have been seeing regularly. All of the calls are automatically routed to Manchester even when I am trying to contact someone in Nashua. When I ask to speak to someone I have recently seen or spoken to the Manchester office staff wants me to tell them why I need to speak to a particular person. This was my first appointment and the office arbitrarily bumped my "per-confirmed appointment" to 1 hour later; I had received confirmation of the first appointment time, and was not notified of the change until I had been waiting nearly a half hour. Awful receptionist! They are extremely rude, so confusing, no one knows what's going on. Say one thing one day and something else the next day. Say they have a referral and everything is good to go and then a week later they don't actually have one. There's been so many different problems about my one procedure I had done. They call everyday about it, but they say something different every time, I don't think they know what they're even taking about!
