Deceptive sales with a bait and switch: After seeing their rooms online we went to tour their factory and get a preliminary quote on a design. The initial quote seemed great, and we paid a deposit to get the ball rolling. What wasn't mentioned was that Brady's work is really only about half the battle cost wise.
