I give 4 stars cause the birthing unit was the BEST part of my experience with my second child. The post partum unit at night SUCKS. Everyone in the labor and delivery was sweet, patient, and respectful through and through and the epidural was done fantastically and saved me from a lot of pain when the big moment came. They were so rude when I call asking questions
I absolutely love the team that took care of my baby and me here in March 2025. After laboring for 36 hours and ultimately pushing for over two hours due to a shoulder dystocia, the quick response from my midwife, Anna, and my two nurses, Amie and Lindsay, allowed them to deliver my baby before any serious complications occurred. I gave birth in March and was admitted after my water broke at home. My husband gave the staff my birth plan and they proceeded to ignore almost everything on it and to top it off, they gave me an infection from giving me I stopped counting after 7 cervical checks which I was too in pain to really refuse. I gave birth July 6th here after a 27 hour induction process. I was absolutely terrified and had planned to go unmedicated, until I hit transition when things started getting real! I was able to push through it because of Katy (Katherine) and Michelle. They talked me through it, helped me breathe, and did counter pressure to help me cope.
