Drove past this place a couple different times and the employees were ALL looking at their phones not paying attention to the kids. One of the kids broke free, and ran in the rode, right in front of a car and almost got hit. Had it not been for the car slamming on their brakes the kid would have got hit. Not a place I would send my child.
I submitted their online request form in early March. After a week without a response, I followed up with a phone call and left a message. Shortly after, Brian Brady contacted me via email, explaining that he was in Colorado and would reach out the next day. He did call as promised, and we discussed my child's support needs, available hours, and other typical ABA-related questions. Brain and the therapists do a great job with the children! Highly recommended.
I can't say enough good things about Brian, the RBT's and BCBA's. They are all amazing! My son had made so much progress in the last 3 years we have been with this company. He asks for them all the time. I have never had a bad experience with any of the therapists and they always stay really long time with him. The only time we changed therapist is usually due to schedule change we make. It is really hard to find an ABA company like this one.
