So, I very rarely do reviews, but I have to in this case due to the service we received. Drove from B.C. to NWT with our travel trailer. Upon arriving in the north, I noticed inside wear on both tires on one of my axles. My model is infamous as Grand Design had installed too small axles for weight of the trailer. We had the two tires replaced in Hay River and called a Grande Prairie RV dealer as we were heading there next. They recommended calling Bradvin for any axle issues as that’s who they use. The guys here are very helpful and know their stuff! Great service every time I’ve been in.
Was at Canadian tire yesterday and when the parts desk was no help I was directed to come to Bradvin by an gentleman beside me and when I arrived and Bradvin they were nothing but extremely helpful and on point I can’t remember the guys name at the parts desk but he was super awesome helped me find the hitch I needed and Terra was super amazing as well!! I will definitely be coming back here in the future! Very happy with the service!!
