Was at Canadian tire yesterday and when the parts desk was no help I was directed to come to Bradvin by an gentleman beside me and when I arrived and Bradvin they were nothing but extremely helpful and on point I can’t remember the guys name at the parts desk but he was super awesome helped me find the hitch I needed and Terra was super amazing as well!! I will definitely be coming back here in the future! Very happy with the service!!

We had an excellent experience with the service department at Bradvin Truck and Trailer in Grande Prairie. Tara was especially amazing. She worked with the shop foreman to fit our travel trailer into their very busy schedule and made sure our bearings and brakes were serviced before we headed home. Their professionalism, customer service, and willingness to help gave us peace of mind and ensured we had a safe journey home. Highly recommend their service team.
I have had no issues with their parts department, sometimes they get a bit busy and things slow down... like anywhere else. The service department is brutal, after a week and 6 quotes, and 2 surprise price hikes I took my trailer elsewhere. Got the same work done for 25% of the cost, it only took 1 quote.
Came in after hours to get my trailer plug fixed. Didn’t even charge me the OT. This place is the best.
