Made an appointment for 8 AM this morning and asked approximately how long it was going to be. They said it would be about an hour and a half so I went over grabbed coffee and waited for two hours with no call. Walked back over to ask if they had an estimate for how much longer it would be and not only had they not started, but said that they had no plans to start that one for quite some time. I just left
I've always gone to the same auto shop and absolutely loved their service. Never found anyone else who compares. When I moved, I tried out several different shops and was never completely satisfied, but then.... then there was Bradshaw's. They sent me the full color-coded report with every bit of information you could ever want, they talked me through what I needed to get done and what could be pushed off for a little bit. They were by far the best price, best service, and best quality. I'm thrilled
It's hard to TRUST in today's culture but Shane at Bradshaw's made it easy! He not only took care of the immediate issue (battery) but also noticed that my drivers side mirror was severely damaged. He found the OEM part and asked if he could take care of that for me as well! Super friendly service and super easy process all the way through the invoice. I'll definitely be bringing all my vehicles here!!
