great work and great price.
My car broke down in Portland but I don't live there so I had to do some remote coordinating and Shannon at Bradshaw's was an absolute dream to work with! In a world of other shops leaving me asking more questions than I got answered, Shannon was delightful, honest, and attentive! Not to mention, they got the work done quickly and reasonably and through the process they were all super communicative and helpful. I would recommend this shop to anyone!! Every business needs a Shannon!!
I brought my wife’s car in for a transmission service, oil change, and inspection. The customer service was great from start to finish. They were friendly, professional, and transparent about everything. Communication was clear throughout, and I really appreciated that there were no pushy sales tactics. Pricing was very reasonable.
