I had been going to Bradshaws for years. Their work was always good and the prices reasonable. Then I asked them for an estimate to change the spark plugs, plug boots, and spark coils on my Ford E-250. While the labor charge was reasonable, the price they wanted for parts was roughly 3x retail from O'Reilly or other big box, and about 7x the cost from Rock Auto or similar.
