I filled out the application for the Bradshaw Vista Apts & paid all the fees for the background check. I was told by the property mgr that they go back 7 years which it states on their application. I told her that i had a felony back in 2000 but it wasnt related to drugs or violence, i told her i would pay 4 months up front also. I have good references-bank references & good rental history.
