Horrible strata company. Never did follow ups to concerns. Had no problem taking people's money but never resolved anything. Absolute garbage.
My first time in a complex with Strata and Bradshaw is the worst company you can ask for to manage your finances. Tracey Martin has no idea what she's doing. She takes commission from certain people she recommends for repair/landscaping. So happy our complex woke up and saw what she's doing and finally fired her! Hated her from day one! So rude and racist! Hope she doesn't ruin another complex, BEWARE!
The Bradshaw people have been great to work with. I just wish they would open up the office again even for 1 day month or for a day as needed. Having to mail in checks for levies seems almost archaic.
