I always feel welcome and cared for. The environment is warm and inviting unlike most "sterile" medical office settings. All of my concerns are listened to with genuine care and follow up. I always feel like a person, even a friend rather than just a number.
I have been going to see Brenda and Joe for about 5years and they are awesome. They go above and beyond my every need. Once I had an eye infection and was sent to Vanderbilt and Joe actually called me at home and talked to me so that I could understand what was happening. We probably talked for over an hour. I will never forget it. They not only provide great medical care but they become a part of your life.
