Years ago my dad Ray Hickman of Page, Az...use to get all his cars from Bradshaw and go there for any repairs needed with his vehicles....he always recommended them to me when I was searching for a vehicle though I have never purchased through them...I know they do give great service.
Just recently bought my car from here. There were a few minor problems I noticed on the car after I bought it that I wanted fixed. I told them about it and they were quick to set up my appointments and have already fixed everything at no charge! Not to mention I was asked if I needed a ride anywhere while they had my car in the shop. Great customer service and my favorite guy there is Jason Grace! Hes awesome!
Sell Canadian cars that voids their warranty in the US. Rude sales reps. And non responsive in regards to any issues after you buy from them. I would not recommend.
While on Active Duty, working 16-hour days and through Veterans Day, my wife encountered a battery issue on the freeway. The car seized up and left her stranded on I-15. My insurance company towed the car to Bradshaws. Bradshaws charged me $133.56 just to look at the car and quoted another $400+ to change the battery and clean the cables. Luckily, another shops in town offered the same service for $150+ for EVERYTHING. Bradshaw has lost my business now and in the foreseeable future. Over the weekend my car had broke down the car froze up my insurance recommenced Bradshaw so they towed it over to their shop to get if fixed. Went in the next day due to them being closed and was givin a quote for $132, I explain what happened so I thought I was getting a quote for the price to fix it. I get a call back telling me what is wrong with my car and The battery was completely dead and I need new cables in the end cost being $430. I will never let anyone but Bradshaw touch my Silverado.
I’ve been in there 3 different times to buy a truck and they have not been willing to make a deal. When another dealership has... The salesman are awesome but the sale manager totally tried to do the work around. I’m not sure if it is cause I’m young and he thinks he could but I know I won’t try to ever buy a car from them again.
