The worse customer service experience ever. I wish I could rate zero stars. I’ve been a customer to this dealership for over 10 years. So I’ve had a lot of patience with this dealership. Tyler was great. Prompt and honest about what was needed.
Did not go over issues. Was told you’re ready no issues. I had a sensor for tire psi that they thought was fixed but wasn’t. Took it to discount tire. The guy couldn’t believe from a safety standpoint point that the Chevy place didn’t discuss my tires. Got 4 new tires and 2 sensors. I called Chevy and they said I’ll send you the video. It had a long list of items needed and mentioned the tires. Poor communication. I then went to Scruggs and he checked all the things Chevy said was wrong.
