I purchased my 2015 new GMC from Bradshaw and had service issues within a few months. I also called to have an engine replaced on another truck and the service guy was very rude and hung up on me when I told him they were $1000 more expensive than other Chevy dealers.
I took my car to Bradshaw after a minor fender bender. There was a small scratch on the truck and I asked it be buffed out instead of painting the fender. That is what was agreed to on my estimate. I called several times to find out when my car was going to be ready and they kept blaming the insurance company for not responding to the request for supplemental damages.
