The worse customer service experience ever. I wish I could rate zero stars. I’ve been a customer to this dealership for over 10 years. So I’ve had a lot of patience with this dealership. The only reason why I continue to come back is because my truck is under warranty and I want to get all my service matters done at the same shop. Tyler was great. Prompt and honest about what was needed.
Did not go over issues. Was told you’re ready no issues. I had a sensor for tire psi that they thought was fixed but wasn’t. Took it to discount tire. The guy couldn’t believe from a safety standpoint point that the Chevy place didn’t discuss my tires. Got 4 new tires and 2 sensors. I called Chevy and they said I’ll send you the video. It had a long list of items needed and mentioned the tires. Poor communication. I then went to Scruggs and he checked all the things Chevy said was wrong.
