Marcus helped us out with our trailer hitch when NO OTHER PLACE, including the Ford Dealer that installed the trailer hitch system could troubleshoot the problem! He was our hero! Highly recommend this place!!!
Stopped at Brad’s today and Warehouse manager Marcus went above and beyond to find just what I needed to make a repair on my trailer. I was greeted by Luna the shop pet and shared a treat! I will always go to Brad’s of NY for all my trailer needs! Thank you!
Amazing experience...They know what they're doing. They have great customer service and they have so many parts for r v's, boats , tractor trailers!! Best kept secret in Rochester, NY Marcus Pritchett warehouse manager is great I was in a hurry to get my boat in the water and he replaced and greased the part for me!! Very reasonable with prices and service!!
