I needed a golf cart cover for my dad's club cart. Not wanting to spend a fortune on one ,Jerry who I spoke with, was a huge help in finding me one, When I went to pick the cover up, was greeted as I got there, they loaded the box in the trunk And Jerry came out to meet me. Always the best service parts and advice!! Brad himself came out to my trailer with a test light and showed me the problem and sold me a microswitch for 2 or 3 dollars and I was riding again. I've bought 2 cars from him and will always drive the 45 miles one way to go to Brads!!
I had a custom built golf cart from Triad Golf Carts, and it broke down the first time I drove it. After several more trips to Brad's Golf Carts for broken parts, we decided to buy a brand new cart. We are so happy with a running golf cart! We now have a 2 warranty on our golf cart that Triad Golf Carts did not offer. First time customer I purchased four Trojan batteries (725$) was told they had a one year warranty if anything went wrong with them. Just my luck I get a bad battery and call them to replace it. I was told it takes two weeks that they have to send if off to Trojan and let them decide if they will warranty it or not and the best they can do for me now is sell me a new battery and give me my money back if they decide to warranty it.
