Left our car with this dealership for a gm code to scrub DEF ************** representative charged my wife 350 dollars for nothing! No parts just problem solving?Bill shows he took it on a test drive? Must have been a great drive to get his meatballs for lunch! Got his receipt he left in our car along with the plastic bag Charged us for his test drive and left my wife waiting in the dealership lobby while he feasted on his meatballs! Stay away from these guys at first you think its great that they are working hard for you then you realize they are good with baiting and traping with empty promises so they can sit you down and in the office and keep you there while they practically drive every vehicle up to the window to make a sale and they would not listen to us about our budget or the colors of vehicles we didn't like, we tried to walk out 5 times should have put my foot down got the wife suckered into a vehicle way beyond our budget after they sneak th... read more
