Brad's cleaned up some problems under the house, not a pleasant place to work. They were very professional, did a great job, and helped us get our house back in order. They definitely went above and beyond.
A couple weeks ago there was a potentially dangerous situation at the home where our daughter was watching 6 of our grand-children. As 'luck' would have it, a crew from Brad's Cleaners was very near the scene. They were there first, dropped what they were doing and helped usher my family to safety. We cannot put into words how grateful we are for the care that was shown that day. They are heroes and we appreciate them. We would not only trust them with a job, but with our 'Home'. p.s. Brad's mom rocks.
Several weeks ago I wrote a post accusing this company of dishonesty. I have since come to understand that there was a third party involved in our situation was actually the dishonest party. I apologize to Brad, Beverly and their employees.
Sorry to say but the customer service experience was just not what I expected out of a professional business. They were contacted Monday via their webpage and an email response was received that same day. However, I followed up with additional questions via email and I have yet to receive a response. I guess they just didn't want the business. What a shame because we do like to support our local businesses. Ended up going with a company out of Big Rapids.

We take pride in our customer service. We responded to the initial webpage contact the same day it was made, March 13th. We were not aware that any attempt to contact us by email had been made until the above comment was posted on the15th. We immediately replied to the comment by email, explained that we had not received the email, apologized for any confusion and answered the questions that were asked.
