So I called this Business on a Saturday 30 minutes before closing and followed the instructions given and left a message. 32 minutes after closing I received a call back from the man himself, Brad. Being very polite and courteous proceeded to ask me what was wrong. Once he heard what the issue was he proceeded to share with me on how to resolve my problem.
