I asked to have my air conditioner cleaned as the outside unit was filthy, I told them at the time of booking that the unit was dirty and needed a clean I paid $297 upfront and the guy just came and cleaned my filters that I had already done, he checked to see if it was working, I new it was working fine just needed a clean Spent 15 minutes to tell me something I already knew and did nothing to clean the outside unit to stop the water leaking Do not get these people to service your air conditioner, total waste of money Also ... read more
Top service from a friendly, polite team at BradMac. We needed a replacement gas ducted heating system after our old unit failed. The quote was accurate and very competitive, and the installation was completed promptly and professionally. Everything went smoothly, including removal of the old system, and their post-installation follow-up was excellent. A genuinely easy company to deal with, with a strong focus on customer service. Thank you to the team for a great experience.
The guys and company were terrific. The job went smoothly, they were courteous, considerate keeping the house clean. They did everything they said they would., returned calls, on time quote, inspection, installation and follow up to check it all went well. I definitely recommend them.
