REAL Barbeque! Gainesville, Georgia. 11 am. I was headed for Florida. Driving the back roads to avoid the ATL traffic. Interstate ain't for me! Denied breakfast, I heard those familiar low growls from my midsection. I was hungry. But I was looking for something special. For lunch. NO fast food. NEVER! NO chain restaurants. Stopped in for the "Big Tex" sandwich, which is not misnamed, it's a good sized serving of pulled pork (tasty) on texas toast with your choice of sauce. It a good meal at, I feel a good price. Bradley's is still a great place to eat, I usually plan my next visit before my current visit is done, so I can just enjoy the food. The smoked wings are still Delicious and make me very ambitious in my order size.
The food was disgusting. It seems as though they put the meats in the microwave to warm it up. The brisket was dry, the chicken was dry. Everything was chewy and dry. The French fries were good. However, I will not be going back here or referring anyone. It’s just a waste of money. This is really the worst bbq I ever purchased. I purchase bbq at least twice a week.
