August of 2022 ************ came out and pressure washed my home and did a terrible job. They missed windows and a shutter. They cleaned out my gutters and left all the debris on the ground. They said they Pressure washed off my back garage that that had **** on it ( which was included in the quote) and it was not pressure washed. I had them come back 2 times and they still left it a mess. Now they are harassing our family and our business on social media and other platforms. Very unprofessional!!

Bradley's did an amazing job on my home. Leah, who answers the phone was so accommodating and helpful when I called back about a couple windows I wasn't very happy with. She had someone out the very next day. And my home and windows look amazing. I highly recommend Bradley's. Thanks again Bradley's staff.
Our issue with Bradley’s has been resolved. As of today, 11-17-17, I reviewed our experience over the phone with Leah Brown, the Office Manager with Bradley’s. She assured me that her presence in the Office is the fix for the kind of experience I wrote my complaint about. Leah was very professional and reassuring, considering she had to know how unhappy I was as the result of my reviews and a letter to the business explaining further my unhappiness. We have used Bradley's before and on one prior occasion we were given a date for service and they didn't show on that day or for about two weeks after. No calls from them until we inundated them with calls requesting they call us back. Whatever their excuses were, we accepted them and finally they came and did the service. This year we called them again, were quoted a price and given a day (no a.m. or p.m.) they would arrive. I stayed home from work (I own my own business) to make sure everything got done.
