Brantley was a real life saver. The city did some work on the water lines and ended up causing a blockage in my sewer line. Brantley arrived within a few hours, met with me, and scheduled the snaking for the next morning. He quickly found the blockage and pinpointed exactly where it was. We just bought a home in Norristown and had a brand new water heater, but there was no hot water. After our home warranty plumbing company couldn’t fix it, we called a local plumber. I reached out in the morning, and Brantley showed up that afternoon. Brantley went above and beyond to make sure we had hot water by the end of the day. We needed to replace the unit, and Brantley’s installation was excellent. He really knows his plumbing.
