I called an left a message 30 hours ago. I am in need of a new furnace, I haven't got any heat at all! And the nights are getting cold! Their web presence looked good, so I thought I would give them a try. I have NOT had a call back since then, over 30 hours ago! I called back several times and finllay got the secretary. I am so thankful for Gary Bradley and his wife Crystal. Saturday I left them a message late in the evening about my AC condensate line possibly being stopped up as I found water on the basement floor when I went to do laundry Saturday evening. Gary texted back about 11:30pm and I texted to tell him I thought it could wait until Monday. Little did I know. This has been one of the most friendly , knowledgeable and professional company I have ever had the pleasure to worked with. I felt like I had known them all my life. They are very reasonable and will explain to you every detail of the work they are doing. I will NOT be looking for anyone to come and do repairs for me.
