Super friendly and very knowledgeable. We brought our engagement ring there to get it fixed. 2 stones had fallen out. Keep in mind we bought the ring off the internet from a different seller.. they treated us as if we bought it from them. We had a deadline for may 16th(the wedding) they were able to source the stones and fix the ring along with polishing it for a super reasonable price. I cannot recommend these guys enough. Certainly the friendliest and most reasonable jewelers in Clemson/Seneca area.
Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Over a month ago, I brought in a gold bracelet for repair. I was told it would be ready in two weeks. However, when that time passed, the bracelet was still not ready. I was asked to wait another week — still nothing. In the end, a whole month went by with no results, so I decided to take the bracelet back. Highly recommend!! Can't say enough wonderful things about this place!! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and Brad certainly knows what he is doing when it comes to fine jewelry!! I have taken many things to him over the years and have always been 100% satisfied with the results. Thank you guys!

Unsure of what to do with my wedding band and engagement ring after finalizing my divorce, I took both in to see if I could possibly reset it as a pendant. The price was reasonable, the quality of workmanship top notch, and they communicated with me to make sure I was satisfied with the end result. I was so happy with how this piece turned out and can’t wait to wear it!
