We designed and purchased my rings from here around June of 2023 and I have really enjoyed working with them! I recently went in for a long overdue cleaning and WOW did they make my ring look brand new again! The customer service is unmatched!

So so lovely and amazing prices!! I came here to fix up my watch I got from my mother, and they did everything so quick while I was in store, and also cleaned in. They truly have an amazing selection of other pieces of jewelry that I definitely will be coming back for. The owner & other workers are incredibly kind and very personable. I absolutely recommend this place, you’ll love it!!

Horrible experience. Two weeks before Christmas I brought my wife a nice piece of jewlrey there and dropped off my three watches to have the bands repaired or resized. Since that time all I have heard is Bradley is too busy. Really? Always too busy!! So a whopping three and a half months later my watches were ready. I was told one could not be fixed. Thank you Brad for looking at my ring and fixing it for me. It looks so good, like it did almost 24 years ago when it was purchased from you. This ring has been on my finger non stop except during 5 surgeries and was immediately put back on as soon as I was able. I’ve never had anything done to it in those years. I had Brad to check it recently just to make sure everything was good and the prongs had worn down and could’ve easily lost my diamond. Such an amazing place! I came here after finding a broken necklace, and was able to fix the clasp so quickly, and was very affordable! They told me the resale price, if the chain was real, and if the diamonds were also real! They happily answered all the other questions I had! Such nice people, who genuinely appreciate and care about not only the jewelry but the customers too! I will be coming back!! Thanks guys!
