Thank you Brad for looking at my ring and fixing it for me. It looks so good, like it did almost 24 years ago when it was purchased from you. This ring has been on my finger non stop except during 5 surgeries and was immediately put back on as soon as I was able. I’ve never had anything done to it in those years. I had Brad to check it recently just to make sure everything was good and the prongs had worn down and could’ve easily lost my diamond. Bradley’s Jewelers really saved the day for my engagement ring. Only a month or so into my engagement, I broke my ring finger, and the injury caused my knuckle to swell (and remain) about a full size bigger than it was originally. Amazing place! My engagement ring is from the 1930s so I was very concerned about taking it somewhere with all the details in the ring but they did an amazing job!! It was a decent price and they were so sweet about it. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and they got it repaired very quickly!! Would recommend!!

Bradley’s did a fantastic job on resizing a ring that has mixed metals. The fit was just right after the resize and allowed for just enough room to remove over the knuckle that had sustained a prior break. The ring was polished before it was return to me. Wonderful support staff as well. True local small business in Seneca.
