Dr. Doward took the time to listen to my complaints and concerns. He was able to develop a plan of action quickly to try to relive my pain and discomfort. I don’t have faith in most Dr.’s but I feel like Dr. Doward really cared and showed compassion.
Dr. Bagely is an outlier in the field of rheumatology. Kind, patient, excellent communicator, unhurried, knowledgeable, and remembers who you are from one visit to another. He is a breath of fresh air. He uses the labs as a tool while addressing symptoms.
