As usual, I felt i received exceptional care from everyone at Medstar Spine Care, especially Dr. Moatz.
The office was clean and quite. All of the staff are friendly, yet knowledgeable and very professional. They each took the time to care for my concerns, while assisting me with my physical disabilities. This made me feel relaxed and confident that I was in caring hands. First impression is that MedStar in Timonium is friendly and efficient. Like clockwork I was greeted and seen by staff for X-rays with minimal wait time. I was taken to examination room and sen by 2 people who reviewed my history and then I waited maybe 2 minutes and Dr Moatz came in. He remembered me had my X-rays to review. Answered all my questions, concerns and prescribed some PT. This place should be a model for the country on how to run medical care. I totally trust Dr Moatz. He’s been awesome for me since 2018.
