Dr. Christensen is very knowledgable, genuine and listens attentively. He explains everything very well. He spends as much time as needed and does not make you feel rushed. I would very highly recommend him!!
Dr. Christensen always makes you feel at ease, never rushed. He has a very good staff especially Heather his Nurse. She is always available to answer you questions and concerns on the Portal
If you want false hope and a very blunt Dr go with this guy. His office called and scheduled two appointments for further treatment after discussing hospice possibility, so there was hope his "practice" was working. A few hours later called again and cancelled both appointments apologizing saying there was nothing more that could be done with only weeks left to live. I was under Dr. Christensen’s care at Sammons Cancer Center and had an extremely disappointing experience. My medical records contained repeated inaccuracies—listing me as being in relapse when multiple tests confirmed I was in remission. Despite raising these concerns multiple times, the documentation was never corrected. Dr Christianson is amazing. Not only is he a top hematologist/oncologist he is professional and one of the kindest, compassionate person I know. His staff is also very professional and kind. When I was diagnosed with Lymphoma he put me totally at ease and I felt confident I was with the best doctor for me. He and his staff worked quickly to get my treatment plan accepted by insurance and treatment started quickly.
