He misdiagnosed my broken ankle. He said he disagreed with the xray. An MRI later confirmed the fracture. He did not address other soft tissue damage so the condition worsened and took a year to resolve.
Dr. Poole is an incredibly poor doctor. He did my surgery but barely gave me any care afterwords. Despite my repeated attempts to contact his office and have them look further into my issues, they continued to do the bare minimum. His assistant did not seem to know anything and took any opportunity to sneak out of the office. In one instance he said he would be right back, then never came back. Dr. Poole and his staff were excellent on every appointment I had there. My knee surgery went very well and my recovery time was excellent. I will recommend Dr. Poole to everyone I know.
Doctor Poole is great. Been to many orthos over the years, and he is super. Quick, accurate, and easy to talk to. He does a super job explaining the process and or issue. Would highly recommend seeing Dr. Poole.
