HORRIBLE DOCTOR AND STAFF. I would give zero stars if I could. I had red flags raised the very first time that I went to their practice and was told by Dr. Bradley Singer, at above mentioned Total Body Pain Institute, that if I paid upfront for the procedure that it would be cheaper than if they turned it into my insurance and that my insurance wouldn’t probably pay on the procedure he wanted to perform. I've been a patient here for a little over a year or so. The staff are nice and the doctors are pretty good. However, most of the times I've had appointments the wait times have been very long. One day, on a particularly bad day for me, I couldn't take the wait time and walked out without causing a scene. When I went to my next appointment I was told they didn't expect me to come back, which I was fine with and understood. Caring and friendly staff. Very professional. Dr Singer is knowledgeable. Takes the time to make sure you understand your options. Explains proseager clearly.
Been coming to dr singer for about 6 months now. The receptionist is the nicest, nurses are great and dr singer really listens to what I have to say and try’s to help
My first visit there was awesome, thought I was going for a consult, figured on another 4 hour trip to have the procedure, nope Doc worked me in to get the procedure done that day, him and the staff are all great people, couldn't ask for a better experience!!!!!!
