Dr. Davis couldn't have been more indifferent with my medical condition and his staff deserve an F. I saw the doctor on Friday at 10 am. I was told a prescription would be sent and an order for physical Therapy would be done. My prescription for terrible discomfort was never called in. The physical therapy group I now use and I requested, well that was ignored. Monday morning I asked for the physical therapy be switched to the one near my home in Rock Hill.
