My parent had lived in this apartment for over 12 years before they passed. The place was not maintained there are cracked concrete walkways, appliances, carpeting, cabinets and countertops seem to be from 20 plus years ago. They had a lady in the office who embezzled money possibly that is where the money went? I would not recommend.
