This fella gave me bad vibes, and I think he somehow manages to delete bad reviews because I have a hard time believing people could extract a decent experience from him. Plus, he's been in business for 20ish years and there are ZERO reviews? You really have to drag the truth out of this guy
I'm finally getting around to this review after awhile, and now I find that preexisting reviews seem to be gone. Did multiple people delete their comments and/or account? They've been building homes in Downers Grove for 30 years and have zero reviews? Could this be a builder that is so effective in its work that, out of satisfaction, its customers don't even bother to leave reviews?
If I could give 0 stars I would. Very snaky business practices where they refuse to disclose critical information (in my particular case, a public easement that cut a 150’ property in half, making it impossible to build a house). It is safer to assume they WILL deceive you than to assume they’re above board. The way to force quality work out of them is to have an independent expert (loyal to YOU) double check everything.
