RecommendedI absolutely LOVE my apartment. It’s always so safe, clean, QUIET and in the perfect area for me. My leasing manager Cody is also the sweetest person ever! Anytime I put in requests, have questions and even once when I was in a tricky financial situation after starting a new job and waiting for my first paycheck, he has always been perfectly understanding and willing to help. Until I buy another house I’ll be in my 2/2 happy as a clam 🤗

Garbage. I currently live in one of Arlington Properties apartments (Townview) and my air conditioning has not worked in over 24 hours now. I’ve called the emergency maintenance line and left messages 5 times now and no response, or air. It is 92 degrees in my apartment. Had this same problem when I first moved in and did not have air for 5 days. That is UNACCEPTABLE. And I should charge them for my power bill.

Arlington properties do not care about the properties they manage in low economic neighborhoods!
