Dr. Nielson is a friendly, professional doctor who always has a smile. His office has a fast, friendly atmosphere.
Unethical & less than honest. He appears nice but turns out to be struggling as he needs to make false claims to cover his irregular billing practices, blames his office errors on his patients and bills you for paid service 6 months after the service is long forgotten, call you at work, have his staff refer you to him, then not accept calls and won't call you back. When you bring this up he becomes rude, aggressive and threatening. $1,000 glasses and goes to collection over $20 already paid.
Dr. Nielson is knowledgeable and proactive. When I walked in before Christmas 2016 with eye pain he immediately fit me into his busy schedule and began treatment. I have trusted Dr. Nielson with my eye care for several years and as an older patient I can be a challenge! Thank you.
An awesome eye doctor, remembered me from 7 years ago or more when I saw him last before he opened his own practice. Found my problem quick and now we're correcting it!!
