The front staff were nice, but the Optometrist had no manners. He was very rude to my child. Bad attitude with my son because he asked questions. The guy rushed way too much.

So unprofessional. My appointment was at 11am. Not 11:45am. I waited from 10:50 to 11:45 to be seen. Why even schedule an appointment. To top it all off I waited two weeks for them to order the wrong contacts. Was I apologized to for wasting my gas and time, not even once. If I hadn't already paid I wouldn't go back but they have my money already. If u make a mistake own it. Wasting my money is not okay. This needs to be fixed now I have to wait another two weeks for them to order the right contacts. My order should be exped... read more
