Terrible mowers in my opinion. We purchased three from a local shop in Bixby Oklahoma and have had more problems with them than any mowers we have ever purchased. Our employees don't even want to put them on the trailers because they know they will most likely have issues. We have had to replace parts, batteries, all types of things that should be in working order from the first week of services. Did I mention these are less than a year old? Terrible customer service from Bradley Mowers. I cancelled an order 4 days ago and they have not refunded my money. They have not answered 3 emails from me, or the Ebay contact request to cancel/refund. Pretty glad I did not do business wirh them at this point. Reviews do not look good. Be sure to use paypal with them. Looks like I'm gonna need to have paypal step in with these people. I will be avoiding Bradley Mowers in the future.

Let me share my experience with Bradley. I have a lawn service business in the hometown of Bradley. I was sick and tired of the treatment I was receiving at All Power. It was like if your not a big outfit they didn’t care to help so I wanted to switch out my business with a new supplier and I like to keep my money local. I bought a new 36in stand mower from Bradley mowers in 2023 and worked great for the first year. The second season it was used it was every other to every month I would have the same issue like the starter solenoid or starter would not engage. So I took it in for service as it’s “under warranty” and got it back 3 weeks later and 1 week after I got it back had the same issue again.
