Worst Customer Service EVER II – Used to be a wonderful store.....i had furnished my home at this store and USED to recommend them to everyone.......i now caution everyone. I recently spent a LOT of money to furnish an addition and after paying in full and 6 months later i still have outstanding items, and get the run around at best from Michael and Bradley. Wonderful – I highly recommend this furniture store. They have top quality products that are made in the USA. Their design staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We ordered a sofa and 2 chairs for our living room and they look beautiful. As for customer service, they couldn't have been more helpful. They went above and beyond to help me get my sofa in the right color and had it rushed to my home, at no additional expense. We will definitely be using them again!
Worse customer service I have ever experienced – We made the mistake of buying furniture here a few years ago. The price and apparent quality were the draw. Unfortunately we had a problem and it took over a year to get the issue resolved.
