This has been the best furniture shopping experience my wife and I have had. Michael and Bradley did an amazing job with the inside of our house, helping us pull it all together. We got a beautiful leather sofa, and recliner, many different lamps and paintings. we also got a wonderful Kincaid dining room set. They all came in a timely manner, and the customer service couldn't have been any better.. All in all it was a wonderful shopping experience, and I encourage you to check out their beautiful store. My family could not relate to the negative comments more. My mom and I purchased a couch at Bradley Michaels, in which we payed half for in the first week of June. The couch was scheduled to come in the middle of August. Well, the due date for the arrival of the couch had passed and we made a phone call asking about it, where we received no returned call back. Horrible Experience - Good Furniture, Bad Business – Receiving good service from Bradley Michaels Furniture is an unpredictable thing. In mid January of 2012 my wife and I ordered a king-size wooden bed made by Mobel Inc. Mobel has a limited number of distributors for their products, and Bradley Michaels was the closest in proximity to where we live. Worst Furniture Experience - DO NOT BUY – If I could give a negative star rating on our experience thus far I would do so. I will never by furniture from these guys again at this point. We spent a significant sum on furniture for our family room and dining room this past summer. The furniture took several months to be delivered and there have been problems since the first piece arrived. Run from these guys. still waiting..... – Ordered in March, 8k worth. Received everything in a reasonable time. Made 5 payments so far. Ripped sectional upon delivery. Called within the hour to complain. Talked to Mike and said he would send someone out. Some representative from BM comes in July and never comes back to fix it. Im still waiting (nov.2). On my way over tmrw, to be continued....

So far a truly wonderful experience.. – We love BradleyMichaels and Brad and Michael and their staff are attentive and quite friendly. FUN! The showroom is immaculate and all done quite tastefully. PROFESSIONAL & RELIABLE – We started with a blank room but had pieces in mind that were not available at their store. In stead of trying to up sell us, they blended styles and fabrics to make a smart complement to the other pieces and enhance the room. We ended up making a significant purchase that made sense in our space. The prices were fair and the service was exceptional. The room is truly stunning. We are furnishing other rooms with them now. Highly recommended!
