The nursing staff is incompetent. I have been a patient for over 8 years and needed a one-month refill for my hormone replacement to tie me over until my yearly appt, something I have to do each year. The request was denied by the nurse, I now have to quit my medication cold turkey with unwanted side effects. I am very disappointed with the incompetence of the nursing staff.
Would NOT recommend!!! Total waste of valuable time and money!!!

Don't bother showing up at this "immediate" care center. Once you sign in, they completely forget about you. I sat there with my sick daughter for more than an hour, and when people who came in after us got sent in to see the doctor, I asked why we hadn't seen him yet. They accused me of never signing in! I saw them take the adhesive strip off the sign in page, they asked if we had been there since July, they actually interacted with us, yet still forgot about us, and said it was our fault! This is supposed to be immediate. I sat here for over 2 hours waiting to see a doctor then another hour or so in a room. It's a good thing I wasn't dying!!!
I was an out of town visitor and needed some medical attention.I was seen the same day I called, and was promptly attended to. The staff was professional,timely, and FRIENDLY! JOB WELL DONE
There are lots of providers available, so you can always get a same day appointment if you need one. The nurses and doctors are timely and friendly. We can even get all our labs and x-rays (if we need them) done on site!
