Our last encounter with Dr. Johnson was disappointing. I received a call from a nurse that transport was arranged for my dad’s hospital discharge and she gave me a list of his medications. I hadn't heard from Dr Johnson who was the hospitalist on my dad’s case for a few days. The nurse had him call me.
