Dr Waterman looks so innocent and nice, that is not true. He has had no respect for me from day 1, I don't know what I did. Last time I saw him, I waited 49 minutes past the appointment time he finally came in and listened to my concerns, then he said 'you're getting old, things don't work as well anymore' then he tried to talk me into getting an implant. He didn't explore any other possibilities. Add to that, he sabotaged my recovery from surgery by telling the hospital staff not to give me any fluids. He has been consisten... read more
I started seeing Dr. Waterman 3 years ago following disappointing treatment from a Urologist at another clinic. At each appointment Dr. Waterman takes the time to listen to your concerns then talks about the options to address the issues. I have never felt that the appointment was being rushed.
The Doctor is great his staff is horrible. I saw him a week ago. At that time he gave me the option to keep using the testosterone I am using or to go back to the way it was. I chose to give it a bit more time. I gave it a bit more time and it is now very clear that my current testosterone is not working so I want to go back to the way it was. I left him a message but his staff refuses to give it to him and they made up an excuse for me based on outdated information. I wish he would get a good staff that actually works for h... read more
Dr. Waterman has no compassion I had surgery with him in January I’ve been in the ER four times since it did not work he has no bedside manner he told me I am lazy and need to lay upside down on the couch and left several stones inside of me and is not good at communicating I will not see him again please don’t waste your time going to the doctor
Chronic pain after vasectomy. Procedure was excruciatingly painful.
Absolutely horrible vasectomy experience.
Dr. Waterman was already my urologist when he discerned that I had an enlargement in my prostate. He provided clear/calm comments during the biopsy procedure and then communicated the news of a cancer diagnosis with appropriate forthrightness. He worked with a recommended oncologist prior to and during the final Brachy Therapy procedures. His guidance to pursue this avenue of treatment proved to be the least invasive option, and his follow-ups were always appropriately concise summaries of the latest lab data. His genial cle... read more
Excellent Doctor; with the exception of Tiffany, Dr. Waterman's assistant (who is excellent), staff can be a bit 'casual' and wait times can be considerable. He's worth the wait but I'd like to see scheduling a bit more predictable.
Have never had a physician who seems to care as much is Dr. Waterman. He communicates very well, and his knowledge and information that he conveys is exceptional
